Job Description


Atlas Care Pte Ltd is a newly set up and fully-owned subsidiary under MOH Holdings Pte Ltd (MOHH).Job PurposeThe incumbent will support the full spectrum of HR functions ranging from and not limited to end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, staff engagement, performance management, grievance and discipline, recognition and awards, training, off-boarding, payroll administration and system administration. He/she will also assist in the manpower budgeting exercise, talent management and review of policies when required.The incumbent will also support the procurement administration under the Operations Team.Manage the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process to maintain staffing level to meet business needs.

  • Source and interview candidates, put up salary proposals, contract signing, etc.
  • Coordinate overseas recruitment exercises where necessary
  • Liaise with various parties to facilitate the onboarding of foreign staff, Recruitment Agents for on-boarding, MOM for work pass application, Banks for opening of bank account, Insurers for purchase staff insurances and security bond, Appointed Medical Panel Clinics for pre-employment check-up, etc.
  • Coordinate HR/ admin logistics (data-inception, p-files, declaration, Welcome packs) to on-board the new hires
  • Conduct orientation programs
Manage the employee\'s life cycle and HR operations
  • Maintain rapport with the employees and attend to general queries and central mailbox
  • Facilitate admin logistics such as stationery, pantry
  • Administer staff welfare, leave and claims benefits, training requests, etc
  • Facilitate engagement between employees and Management
  • Manage employee\'s performance management, grievance or disciplinary issues, including mediation, documentation, recommend and execute follow-up action
  • Ensure accuracy of employee\'s data in HRIS and up-to-date records (such as confirmation, work pass renewal, medical check-ups and validity of insurance, organization chart, etc)
Assist the HR leaders in the cyclical and annual activities and reporting
  • Collate the annual performance assessment review, including preparing year end salary and bonus computation
  • Collate and generate reports such as attrition, staffing reporting, recruitment turnaround time, etc
  • Collate and provide inputs for manpower planning and annual budgeting exercise
  • Prepare for MOM survey or any other survey
  • Provide inputs for policy review and update of SOP / handbook, etc
Administer Payroll checks and HRIS updates
  • Update records in HRIS in order to facilitate accurate and up-to-date payment
  • Where required, perform user acceptance test for the HRIS
  • Perform cyclical updates of the HRIS such as leave / claims year-end closing / one-time payment/ etc
  • Perform payroll checks and liaise with vendor for cases of salary recovery, ad-hoc payments, etc to ensure accurate payment
  • Prepare month end journal/ headcount and/or payroll related reports to Finance
  • Prepare/ check tax related submission/ reports
Facilitate Offboarding and Exit Management
  • Coordinate off-board admin/ logistic processing such as e-Acknowledgment notice to employees, exit interviews, update HRIS, termination of access, etc
  • Liaise with recruitment agent for foreign staff\'s repatriation
Administer the Procurement process and activities
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement documents (e.g. DOP, RFP) and liaise with various internal & external stakeholders to execute proper evaluation and recommendation to approving authorities.
  • Assist in the sourcing for purchases required
  • Assist with vendors management, products and services delivery according to specifications and provide feedback loop for continual improvement.
Educational
  • Degree in any discipline preferably in HR or Business/ Business Admin

  • Meticulous and organized, able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, take initiative and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team

  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
