In this role, you will lead and coordinate project teams, stakeholders, and resources to meet project objectives, scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. By applying project management best practices and methodologies, you will monitor and report on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring each project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization.One of your primary responsibilities will be leading the deployment of the workforce planning solution, a crucial initiative aimed at optimizing the allocation and utilization of human resources across the organization. You will work closely with the Workforce Planning Centre of Excellence (COE), the Director of Project and Change within the CHRO office, and other cross-functional teams such as HR Technology and the Chief Controller. Your role will involve overseeing the integration of this solution with existing HR systems, managing budgets, resources, and contracts, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.This position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to driving HR transformation and innovation. You will have the chance to engage with key stakeholders, including HR business partners, executives, and employees, to gather requirements and provide updates, facilitating successful project outcomes. This role not only allows you to contribute to impactful projects but also offers opportunities for professional growth in project management, change management, and HR.What we\'ll like to see in youWe are seeking a candidate with 7-10 years of experience in HR transformation and change management, including implementing target operating models and HR transformation activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and innovative thinking abilities, along with exceptional stakeholder relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a solid understanding of business planning processes and metrics, and the flexibility to manage global HR transformation workstreams are essential. Familiarity with agile strategies, six sigma and human capital technologies is a plus.
