The Role

They are currently seeking an accomplished and strategic HR Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in driving transformative initiatives within the HR function. As a crucial member of their HR team, you will lead and manage strategic projects related to change management, HR process improvement, policy and procedure development, talent management, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will report directly to the Regional Head of HR and will be supported by a network of peers inclusive of HR Business Partners, HR Operations Specialists, and Centres of Excellences in Talent Acquisition / Rewards / Learning & Development.

What to Expect

As a strategic HR Chief of Staff supporting the region, you will oversee the following HR deliverables:

Change Management

  • Developing and implementing change management strategies to support HR initiatives and organizational transformations.
  • Identifying and addressing potential risks and resistance to change for a seamless transition.
HR Process Improvement
  • Evaluating and optimizing existing HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve overall HR operations.
Policy and Procedure Development
  • Developing and revising HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Talent Management
  • Leading the review of talent frameworks to identify high-potential talent.
  • Driving career pathing initiatives and leading succession planning conversations.
Employee Engagement Initiatives
  • Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative HR programs, benefits, and policies.
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure HR initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders including senior leaders in the region.
What Makes You Successful

You are an experienced HR practitioner with at least 8-12 years\' track record in a strategic HR role. You must possess strong project management skills and the ability to manage key initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Prior experience in organisation design, change management, change implementation, and/or project management would be highly desirable. You should also possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide strategic insights and support.
