The Role
They are currently seeking an accomplished and strategic HR Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in driving transformative initiatives within the HR function. As a crucial member of their HR team, you will lead and manage strategic projects related to change management, HR process improvement, policy and procedure development, talent management, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will report directly to the Regional Head of HR and will be supported by a network of peers inclusive of HR Business Partners, HR Operations Specialists, and Centres of Excellences in Talent Acquisition / Rewards / Learning & Development.
