Provide end-to-end recruitment support to source the right talents
Screen and evaluate job applications and resumes, shortlisting candidates
Schedule interviews and preliminary phone screening of candidates, working directly with candidates and hiring managers
Business development on new potential business opportunities
Serving existing key accounts/clients on their recruitment needs
Job Requirements:-
Diploma/Degree in any studies
Fresh graduates/ Candidates with CEI are welcomed* Candidates with recruitment industry experience will be advantageous
Ability to thrive within a high-performance environment
Enjoys meeting with prospects and clients
* Possess enthusiasm and is a goal-oriented individual
