About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Recruiter

to support our hiring needs. Your main responsibility will be to

post job advertisements

and

conduct phone screenings

for applicants who meet the minimum requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and post job ads on various platforms (e.g. FastJobs, Indeed, Telegram, etc.) Review applications and shortlist candidates based on basic criteria Make phone calls to qualified applicants to verify details and assess fit Coordinate interview appointments with shortlisted candidates Maintain simple records of applicant progress

Requirements:

Good communication skills Friendly and confident phone manner Self-motivated and organised Prior experience in recruitment or admin work preferred, but not required Able to work independently and manage your time well without supervision
