Responsibilities
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various channels - must have existing and active connections with Thailand candidates
- Design ways to attract passive candidates
- Perform Screening
- Interview candidates (in-person - in Thailand)
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter for Thailand markets
- must have existing and active connections with Thailand candidates
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Travelling to Thailand is required
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in Thai
- Sound judgement
