Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, and recommendations to successful placements.
Source candidates using a variety of search methods such as advertising, social media, networking, and EA services to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Application of Workpass and to monitor and update the status.
Handle onboarding process which includes, Medical, pass application, etc.
Coordinate interviews and skill test arrangements between clients and candidates
Coordinate and negotiate in salary offer on behalf of clients and candidates
Assist Admin with the onboarding process.
Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates
Work together with group company to fullfill recruitment
Any other ad-hoc duties applied
