A Construction firm out of Phoenix, AZ looking for a Recruitment Specialist for our steadily growing remote team.: US based construction technical recruiting. Includes initial candidate screenings, scheduling hiring manager interviews, assisting candidates throughout the onboarding process, and other administrative duties as assigned. The right candidate will be a hard worker who can work independently and who wants to go the extra step for Clients & team members. Fluent English with little to no accent and great comprehension necessary.Strong preference for candidates within an hour of Naga City. Monthly pay is approximately 15-18k PHP, depending on experience, paid weekly on a 1-week delay.Duties/Responsibilities:

• Learn necessary company background information and policies,

• Sourcing candidates,

• Helping design social media recruiting posts,

• Calling candidates and conducting preliminary screenings,

• Scheduling manager interviews for successfully screened applicants, and

• Assist with other HR tasks as requested.

Experience:

• High school diploma required. Bachelors in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field preferred

• Have impeccable English

• Detail-oriented

• 1+ years in recruiting preferred

• 1+ years experience in Construction strong plus

• Ability to gain or have a basic understanding of Construction

• Can show up on time and complete daily tasks

• Can think on your feet and respond to Candidate questions based upon the information you have available

• Strong internet connection
