Scope: * Mobilization of a project team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia then to Singapore * Visa, employment pass, logistics management * Answers employees' questions about wages, deductions, atten Scope: Mobilization of a project team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia then to Singapore Visa, employment pass, logistics management Answers employees' questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records Managing CPF, SDL, etc... Administer employee benefits/welfare & insurance. Handle expatriate related to visa / work passes / employment passes & passport In-Charge of Work Permit, Employment Pass, Visa handling & Logistic related matters Answer to queries related to accommodation, local transport Support family relocation (international school, etc...) Project: Oil and Gas project Requirement: High autonomy, working independently 7+ years of work experience Working with European/ French teams is a real advantage
