In this role, you will, \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive the implementation of the HR transformation by partnering with various HR and Business Units stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and align HR policies which includes identifying potential areas of synergy and misalignment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and implement changes to HR processes to ensure operational excellence in the delivery of HR services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Translate compensation structure through job sizing and external industry analysis to ensure that compensation is market competitive. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System to cater to the business needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare communications plan to drive engagement and support organization\'s transformation changes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support staff throughout the transition process, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Background in Human Resources or Business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving capabilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in a complex business environment and a good understanding of Compensation and Benefits system and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong personal initiative and resourcefulness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people across all levels.
