About our group:

The HR Operations team works in a highly diversified and inclusive environment, the team strives to create excellent employee experience through continuously improving the employee life cycle processes.

About the role - you will:

• Support the backlog for Employee Personal Files and streamline the electronic personnel file administration process.
• Enhance the process of Asia HR Case Management for walk-in inquiries.
• Create the HR Shared Service Knowledge Base for knowledge retention.
• Streamline manual processes via Power Automate to improve employee experience for work pass administration.
• Gain hands-on exposure to SAP Success Factor HR Management System and HR Shared Services Operation.
• Design infographic communication material to create employee awareness about HR Operation and related services.

Adventures that you would embark in:

• eP-file project (Digitalising the P-Files)
• Migration of Physical P-files to a new site
• COMPASS SAT for EP and S Pass renewal (Process improvement) - Infographic design
• HR Shared Service Value Proposition to promote to employees (Employee Experience)

About you:

• Self-motivated and an independent learner
• Creative thinker with the ability to identify innovative solutions.
• Analytical thinker
• Good team player that can adapt in a dynamic environment.

Your experience includes:

• Proficienct in Microsoft Office tools including but not limited to Power Automate, and PivotTable and VLOOKUP in Excel

Location:

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available.
