Job description

  • Manage employee life cycle events relating to pre, on-onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administer employee records and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Execute processes and requests accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Work closely with other HR partners including Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Relationship Managers, HR specialist teams, as well as Employees to support and ensure alignment of HR transactional services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvements to HCM process and system.
  • Participate in adhoc projects where opportunity arises.
Requirements
  • Degree holder with relevant experience in managing employee life cycle events relating to pre, onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat Standard.
  • Possess a risk mindset in keeping information confidential.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 monthsPay: $2,000.00 - $6,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
