Job Description

Responsibilities 1. Actively participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition (hiring) lifecycle, assisting stakeholders with support and leveraging the Taleo and interfacing applications. 2. Re Responsibilities 1. Actively participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition (hiring) lifecycle , assisting stakeholders with support and leveraging the Taleo and interfacing applications . 2. Responsible for the requirement gathering, analysis, design, scheduling, construction and delivery of the Taleo solution based on business requirements. 3. Understand different various regional specific regulatory and statutory requirements and how these can be met with. We work with teams in Hong Kong, India, Taiwan, China and other regional countries. 4. Implement and verify change requests by Taleo configuration and interface development for integrations with other core systems. 5. Ensure business requirements specified by process owners are accurately represented and understood by the applications development team. 6. Some experience with UI/UX and human centric design, that is intuitive and easy to use, and that can be used (and adapted where necessary) across the entire Bank's Group. 7. Ensure operation issues are properly tracked to closure with documented resolutions/workaround in accordance with SLA. 8. There are also opportunities to learn and be exposed to other technologies used by Bank's HR. Requirements 1. Degree (and above) in Information Technology or a technical related course 2. Experience in implementing/supporting Cloud based HR systems related solutions 3. Preferably 1-2 years' experience in implementation and configuration of Oracle Taleo solution 4. Knowledge of APIs/Web services and full stack development will be an advantage 5. Customer focus with a 'can do' attitude. 6. Good risk and control Operations knowledge , Specially on employee data 7. Good knowledge and understanding of HR practices and processes. 8. Possesses and displays good verbal, written communication, presentation, interpersonal skill and ability to influence stakeholders and partners across vendors and teams 9. Meticulous and independent worker. Ability to multi-task and still deliver quality outcomes. 10. Analytical, resourceful and possess great problem-solving skills.
