In the last 15 years, PropertyGuru has grown into a high-growth PropTech company with a robust portfolio of leading property marketplaces across its core markets; award-winning mobile apps; mortgage marketplace, PropertyGuru Finance; and a host of enterprise solutions now under PropertyGuru For Business, including DataSense, ValueNet, Awards, events and publications across Asia.Responsibilities:The HR Specialist will provide a full spectrum of HR services for the Business Units present in Singapore, ensuring a consistent and integrated approach to HR activities and solutions in PropertyGuru. In this aspect, the HR responsibilities and deliverables will include implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures that involve compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management and HR matters. Overall, the role will work closely with the Head of HR in broader HR management areas and ensure successful implementation of human resources projects, programs and policies to support the ongoing business requirements

• Provide HR generalist and advisory services to the Business Units and functions (Corporate Functions + Product & Technology) present in Singapore, and ensure a consistent and integrated approach to HR activities and solutions in PG
• Provide a full spectrum of HR services including performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagements
• Supporting Head of HR for Corporate Functions & Singapore on local and regional initiatives including cyclical HR programmes and strategic programmes, initiatives and launches
• Collaborate with P&C Centres of Expertise on program design, implementation and exectution
• Support on Talent Acquisition management and onboarding/orientation for new hires

Ensure compliance to regional or local policies, legal or any statutory requirements under employment legislation * Ensure timely communication of changes in policies, programs and procedures

• Assist in implementing compensation and benefits procedures, such as our annual reward cycle
• Support and facilitate PG culture engagement activities such as corporate social responsibility event, team bonding & learning / development events, for Singapore site,
• Singapore Marketplaces and/or regional Marketplaces
• Liaise with Regional HR to resolve any local HR Operations concerns
• Handle aspects of personnel administration, payroll and benefits process, employee queries
• Supervise Office Administrator as required
• Maintain accurate HR data through HRIS
• Support Regional T&A and L&D department projects and tasks (Adhoc)
• Acting as HR Manager in absence of HR Director (Adhoc)

Requirements:

• Should possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong business acumen
• Strong critical thinking abilities
• Effective communication style, experienced in cross-functional collaborations.
• Stress resilient, ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity; strong judgment and ability to make thoughtful decisions leveraging data and insights.
