Job Role / Purpose

The role of HR Specialist requires the incumbent to work with clients of HR Shared Services in Allianz Services, who are the HR Business Partners of the different operating entities in Allianz Singapore. The incumbent is required to take up different focal areas with the clients, such as administrative matters, immigration topics, and benefits management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in the HR administrative for clients, such as preparation of employment contracts and HR letters.
• Provide support in the administrative matters of clients\' annual bonus/merit increment cycles.
• Support in immigrations issues, including work pass applications, work pass renewals and ensuring that all information with MOM is accurate and up to date.
• Management of government portals, such as MCF, in the hiring process of new candidates.
• Liaise and manage external benefits provider for employees\' benefits, including but not limited to insurance coverage, flexible spending account and corporate passes.
• Management and liaison of external providers, such as with background screening companies and health check-up provider.
• Maintenance and upkeeping of employees\' digital HR files.
• Other ad-hoc projects as per assigned, i.e., Allianz\'s annual Employee Share Plan Program and the local annual benefits review.

Key Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or other related qualifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, eye for details, highly energized and good multi-tasking ability.
• Customer service approach.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
