We\xe2\x80\x99re very excited to be working with a US headquartered international investment firm. With a history that traces back more than 20 years, the firm has deep expertise across investment management, technology and trading operations with offices spread across the UK, EMEA, APAC and the US.

The HR Specialist will be responsible for a full spectrum of HR operational matters which will include onboarding, offboarding, employee relations and HR enquiries. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely to support the HR Manager on all operational and administrative tasks for the Singapore and APAC offices and manage immigration and work pass renewal cases to support internal mobility. In addition, you\xe2\x80\x99ll liaise with stakeholders and business heads across the regional offices to support them on HR related matters and enquiries to implement a seamless and supportive HR function.

The suitable individual should bring a minimum of 5 years HR operations experience ideally across APAC within the financial services industry. You should bring a collaborative and forward-thinking mindset and be a strong team player. You should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills whilst knowing how to navigate senior stakeholders in an international business.
