Position: HR Specialist / Associate Manager
: What You’ll Be Doing

• Being part of the APAC HR Solutions Centre to support on a variety of employee life cycle activities including onboarding new hires, leave administration, benefits administration, employee exit, work pass application, and personnel files maintenance etc. Administrating and maintaining data in our Human Resources Information System. (i.e. Workday)
• Handles employee enquiries via our world class employee portal (i.e. ServiceNow) and provide prompt supports and solutions to our employees.
• Supports HRBP team on all aspects of HR including employee relations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, talent management and development, policies and procedures, compensation and performance metrics, change management initiatives and other programs that support the business in achieving its objectives.
• Partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence to translate global standards into administrative requirements reflecting country regulations. Regularly reviews processes for improvement and standardization, identifies opportunities, and provides recommendations.
• Participate in Global and Regional projects to drive process automation and other HR initiatives to provide better employee experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services / Generalist function in an established organization
• Resilient and independent to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, pro-active with a positive attitude
• Good interpersonal skills
• Regional experience is an advantage
• Workday experience is an advantage
