We're Hiring: HR Specialist

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a strategic impact? We're looking for a senior HR leader to join our team and shape our people strategy, performance frameworks, and company culture, without getting bogged down in day-to-day HR administration.

What you'll do:

Advise senior management on HR strategy, policies, and people initiatives. Drive performance management, staff recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Lead HRIS implementation and other strategic HR projects. Support talent planning, organizational development, and employer branding efforts. Ensure HR processes are compliant and efficient, without directly managing daily HR operations.

Who we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 5+ years' HR experience with a focus on strategy, advisory, or HRIS projects. Experience influencing senior leadership and shaping organizational culture. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Compensation: SGD 6,000-7,000 per month, depending on experience.
