What Youll Do:Payroll Guru: Handle end-to-end payroll processing with precision and flair. No one gets left behind on payday!Work Pass Wizard: Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations like a pro. Youll be our go-to for all things work pass-related.HR Superhero: Support us with HR services like onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management. Youll be the backbone of our HR operations.Compliance Champion: Ensure were always on the right side of Singapores employment laws and regulations.Problem Solver: Be the go-to person for HR-related queries and issues. Youll help us keep our team happy and productive.What Were Looking For:Proven experience in HR, especially in payroll and work pass management in Singapore.Knowledge of Singapores employment laws and regulations (MOM, CPF, IRAS, etc.).Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., InfoTech, Talenox, QuickHR, Payboy)A detail-oriented mindset with a love for spreadsheets and organization.A fun, approachable personality were a young team, and we like to keep things light-hearted!Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Has to be based in Singapore and currently only accepting Singaporeans.
