Talent Associate

\xe2\xad\x90ScienTec is looking to welcome our latest addition in the HR Team.

\xe2\xad\x90Our new hire of Talent Associate shall take lead in campus recruitment, managing internship program and render critical support in the HR generalist spectrum.

What You Will Be Doing:

Internship Program

• Managing our all-year-round internship program.
• Leading and initiating engagement with leading tertiary institutes for internship/attachments.
• Ensuring a steady pipeline for the fulfilment of internships.
• Processing internship/attachment applications for tech & non-tech functional roles.

Talent Acquisition

• When the need arises - source, attract & pitch to identify emerging talents for ScienTec
• Creativity to position ScienTec as the preferred employer.
• Passion to pursue the identification & best fits, to meet ScienTec\'s robust business growth.
• Be resourceful to tap on omni-channel and extend greater reach for potential candidates.

Human Resource Operations

• Supporting important Human Resource processes, confidential documentation in the following areas:

• Onboarding workflow
• Induction/Orientation Workshop
• Performance Review procedures
• HR Certification and L&D initiatives
• General Employee Enquiries
• Leading/Active Participating in employee relation and engagement activities.

Good Human Resource Practices

• Keeping abreast with current HR Practices and learn alongside with seniors on Singapore Labour Market insights, integrate good HR practices in the day-to-day HR processes, i.e. Employment Act, foreign manpower act, TAFEP, PDPA, etc

Human Resource Digitalization

• Take part and initiative various digitalizing efforts in the Human Resource Domain
• Use fresh perspectives to streamline current processes for better efficiency.
• Tap on digital platforms to automate tasks & achieve HR data consistency.
• Participating in key projects identified by management.
