Job Responsibilities:
Supports all administrative matters for Learning & Development team
Putting up Purchase Requisition approvals to incur expenditure in accordance to the approving matrix
Sourcing for customized learning solutions with training providers
Administer end to end management of courses such as registrations, confirmations, cancellations, postponement, replacement
Maintaining accurate training records
Handle all employees training request/queries and attend to HR Training mailbox enquiries
Ensuring logistics arrangement in place, eg, booking of venues, setting up of training rooms and equipment
Coordinate new hires compulsory training and officers training
Oversee and manage entire overseas travel process including claims submission
Administer LEARN account management
Assess and tracking of training budget expenditure
Provide training reports and statistics
Process and verify invoices
Other administrative duties as assigned

Meticulous, independent and work well in team
Proficient in MS applications especially in MS Excel
Knowledge in LEARN platform
