1. Training Admin Support- Supports the training officer in the implementation of training programs.- Prepares training modules.- Prepares venue reservation, food, training attendance, and materials.- Monitors training attendance and training bond agreement.- Prepares training bond agreement.- Arranges flights and accommodation for training related travels: local and abroad.2. On-boarding- Coordinates with key process owners to schedule new hire orientation.- Prepare orientation acknowledgment, endorse document to training officer.- Conducts on-boarding orientation.- Facilitates training arrangements.- Works with marketing for product training.3.
