:

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify pain points, issues or gaps in current business processes
• Works closely with the business and support teams (Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal) to streamline processes and improve SLA and resolution time
• Acquire a deep understanding of the business and technical impact of the transformations to effectively implement any changes
• Define clear project objectives, manage project progress and achieve goals in a timely manner
• Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues
• Develop reporting to track the impact of the initiatives

• 4-5 years project management experience, with experience in change management and business transformation
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities to achieve business goals
• Excellent communication skills - able to communicate clearly and concisely
• Experience in working with data, drawing insights, developing reporting templates, and devising practical data-driven solutions
• Ability to view different aspects of a project from a macro perspective while having an eye for detail
• Committed with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to always seek better solutions
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
