Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify pain points, issues or gaps in current business processes
Works closely with the business and support teams (Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal) to streamline processes and improve SLA and resolution time
Acquire a deep understanding of the business and technical impact of the transformations to effectively implement any changes
Define clear project objectives, manage project progress and achieve goals in a timely manner
Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues
Develop reporting to track the impact of the initiatives
