Day-to-day office administration tasks to provide a fun yet safe/orderly workplace for the Singapore R&D centre
Handle payroll process
Manage staff hiring process conforming to MoM regulations, and staff on-boarding
Develop and execute Singapore R&D center staff welfare plan
Develop standard documents and letters for Singapore R&D center (e.g., HR letter)
Manage local account, purchasing, expenses, staff claims, company claims (e.g., GST refund, maternity / NS claims etc.), and bookkeeping financial records conforming to company policy
Coordinate with Shanghai HQ and other offices in China in aspects of human resource, finance practices and necessary documentation
Organize workplace activities and recruiting events
Manage agendas, travel plans, appointments and necessary correspondances with external parties
Digitalize and manage office inventory
Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
Job Requirement
Proven work experience as an HR administrator
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service mentality
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capability
Good knowledge of Singapore's local regulations and requirements on hiring and human resource
Caring and attention to detail
