Job Description
An exciting opportunity for someone to take responsibilty for all HR processes and partner with the local management team to drive growth. This is a newly created role reporting to the Global Head of HR with the aim of driving consistency in HR practice across the region.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- You will be joining a US listed company with an established footprint in the region and c. 200 colleagues.
- Your focus will, initially, be to ensure global processes and policies have been implemented across the region whilst recognising the implications of different legislation in different markets.
- You will also focus on consistency in hiring practices, performance management, compensation and talent development initiatives.
- You will be the face of HR to colleagues, able to deal with queries in a timely manner and be the strategic partner to the management team to help them with decisions relating to people.
