The Company
My client is a Global MNC and a key leader in its industry - keen to hire a driven & proactive Tax talent to oversee all tax matters including direct & indirect tax, transfer pricing, M&A activities & tax structuring initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree qualified with 8-10 years of relevant Corporate Tax experience, ideally with some tax due diligence
- Tax advisory experience is required
- Desired traits: flexible, proactive, mature, resourceful, results-oriented, ability to work independently
Budget: $8,000 - $11,000 per month + Bonus
Job Scope
We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Tax Manager to join our team in this newly created role. Reporting to the CFO, the Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing tax advisory at a group level. As an individual contributor, you will work closely with external tax agents who will take care of tax computation and you will need to support them with information provided by internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will work closely with the investment team to evaluate and highlight potential tax exposure and risks and support in tax due diligence when the company is looking to acquire new hotels.
