This role is based in Singapore.Reporting into the HRIS Manager, the incoming will sit under a team fundamentally responsible for enabling/improving HR processes through the use of HR system tools. On the strategic front, s/he will proactively partner colleagues working across the different HR functions to understand extant needs, identify gaps, gather design requirements and propose solutions to enhance relevant workflows. Operationally, you will provide technical solutions (configuration skills) and conduct relevant trainings to colleagues in order to raise overall organization literacy. This likewise entails maintenance work, such as liaising with the Information Technology (IT) department on systems updates and troubleshooting. Put simply, this role involves a commitment towards continuous improvements as well as translating between HR and technological needs.We are looking for a proven HRIS practitioner with knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
