Job Description

- Handle HRIS (Success Factor) Systems support and maintenance, including issue resolution.
- Maintain HRIS documentation, including SOPs and User Guides.
- Support integration work between Success Factors and other systems.
- Work closely with process owners, business stakeholders in HR to explore and drive adoption of RPA.
- Analyse and design process workflows with RPA solutions.
- Perform post-implementation support including troubleshooting or performing workaround solutions before resolving issues
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines, preferably with UiPath Certification.
- At least 1 year of RPA development & hands-on experience with automation tool such as UiPath, Blueprism and / or Macro and JavaScript etc.
- Strong knowledge in programming such as VB, Java, .NET, C++ etc.
- Experience in HRIS (SAP & SuccessFactors) and/or HR domain knowledge would be an added advantage.
