Job Description

To provide assistance to the HR Manager in the delivery of Organizational Development programs to address the requirements of the organization.RESPONSIBILITIES: A. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION IMPLEMENTATION

  • Monitors the submission of accomplished performance evaluation forms.
  • Consolidates performance evaluation results and summarize recommendations on individual development programs.
B. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
  • Collects the annual approved organizational and manpower charts and regularly monitors its implementation.
  • Assists Operating Managers in drawing up their organizational charts.
  • Validates and enhances job descriptions developed by Operating Managers based on the Key Result Areas.
  • Follows-up and monitors the submission of HR Analytics Reports.
  • Conducts researches and climate/ satisfaction surveys to determine the prevailing atmosphere in the organization using benchmarking practices.
  • Provides legwork assistance in the conduct of any projects on management (POLC) systems review, development, and implementation.
  • Provides logical support and assistance to the immediate superior and operating units.
  • Assists in sourcing, evaluating, selecting, and monitoring the performance of qualified Service Providers.
  • Provides the Immediate Superior with regular operational reports.
  • Prepares initial change management and communication plans.
C. GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES WRITING
  • Prepares initial drafts of policies to be developed or revisited.
D. COORDINATION OF QMS AND GMP-HACCP ACTIVITY
  • Coordinates with the Plant for the implementation of the Quality Management System.
  • Controls all documented information both for Manila and Davao Site
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field of study.
  • Computer literate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Preferably a resident of / Willing to travel to QUEZON CITY
