Hr/payroll Specialist (1 Year Contract)

The Company
A leading energy company is currently looking for an HR/Payroll Specialist to join the team on a 12 months\' contract basis.
The RoleThe incumbent shall undertake the following activities:
- Prepare payroll schedule and ensure all stakeholders are available for approval
- Perform weekly checks on HRIS system for attendance, overtime, and allowances, etc
- Review payroll documents
- Handle employee income tax clearance
- Submit the statutory reports to government agencies
- Ensure claims are interfaced to Finance on a timely basis
- Support manager in preparing reports for monthly reporting
The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of experience in handling payroll. Prior experience in using SAP is highly preferred.
