Manage global store identity and develop and apply display guidelines
Plan and analyze retail/shopper marketing
Plan and design in-store and event activities; inspect costs; supervise production and installation
Communicate with HSAD headquarters and clients (LG Electronics HQ and Singapore) and lead projects
Research and analyze the global competitive store environment
Collect and plan the utilization of customer data from the perspective of customer experience
Collect and analyze data related to retail (on & off-line sales data, etc.) to create strategic plans
Qualifications:
Junior-level: 1-3 years of relevant experience
Senior-level: 5-7 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint
Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal)
Degree in a related field (design or architecture)
Experience working with home appliance brands
Experience in retail shop-related tasks (minimum 3 years for senior level)
Experience in digital marketing or O2O tasks
Proficiency in creating proposals and using office programs
