Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.Responsibilities:Developing and implementing effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards.Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive HSE training programs for employees.Providing guidance and support to line managers and supervisors to ensure a safe working environment.Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Monitoring and analyzing HSE performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Participating in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.Keeping up-to-date with relevant HSE regulations and industry best practices, and ensuring compliance across the APAC region.Building strong relationships with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders to promote a positive HSE culture.Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.Proven experience as an HSE Manager or similar role, preferably in a multinational company.In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in the APAC region.Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver HSE training programs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Professional certifications in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) would be an advantage.Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click "apply now" or email us an updated copy of your resume in MS Word format.We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Email:
