Responsibilities

• Responsible for risk analysis in Health, Safety, Environment

• Constantly develop strategies for improvement of HSE within the plant

• Submission JSA for approval and constantly develop strategies for improvement of JSA

• Report HSE&S action plans to management team

• Give advice to employees and management team regarding HSE&S matters

• Ensure compliance to laws and regulations as well as safety standards

• Minimize risks in term of accidents, environmental damages, and harm to health conditions of workers

• Oversee HSE audits processes required annually

• In charge of document preparation JSA and ISO standards

• Ensure availability of equipment needed during emergency and compliance to action plans when incidents occur

• Ensure employees understand important of HSE&S standards through training and other initiatives

• Manage and coach the HSE&S team to perform in high-quality standards and work with work ethics

• Work closely and promote safety to construction daily basic
  

• Minimum work experience of 5 years from multinational projects

• Work with insulation company will be advantage

• Understand permit to work system

• Understand and implement JSA to complies with insulation work

• Bachelor's degree in Health Safety and Environment will be advantage

• Background working in Oil & Gas construction environment

• Strong knowledge with ISO 14001, OSHAS 18000

• Strong knowledge with safety related legal in Singapore regulations

• Excellent of multi-cultural communication
