Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Officer - Shipyard west areasChair the daily Vessel Safety Co-ordination Committee (VSCC) meetingApprove permits for all work covered by the Permit-to-Work System for assigned projects.Review work processes and main necessary documentation for HSECarry out incident investigation and propose corrective actions to be implementedSupervise and control firefighting and oil pollution operationsAdvise and support project management team to achieve project HSE targets/ goalsAny other assigned duties and responsibilitiesJob RequirementsMinimum Diploma in EngineeringWorkplace Safety & Health (WSH)-related disciplines preferredCompleted Assess Shipyard Safety For Hot-work courseMeticulous and proactiveAble to work in fast paced environment with accuracy
