As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing financial support on a department/project level, monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, etc. Reporting to Hub Asia Division Manager oversee all arranging business critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conferences, visiting speakers etc for the Hub/Region.

Your responsibilities

  • Performing complex administrative activities and takes responsibility for delivering specific hub processes/programs
  • Researching, compiling, and verifying and analyzing information and issues special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc
  • Responsible for different communication tasks within the Hub Asia, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date
  • Implementing ABB processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Acting as point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone and email, initiates action and makes judgments about urgency of issues. Provides confidential support to individual executives and/or management team members

  • Providing financial support on a department/project level, monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, etc
Your background
  • Minimum of 10 years in similar executive level support role
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Able to make decisions in relation to workflow
  • Very good written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to prioritize and multitask, with excellent planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office packages
