Your responsibilities:

Taking responsible for the financial controlling of the Sales operations at Transformers Business Unit Hub Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa (\xe2\x80\x9cAPMEA\xe2\x80\x9d) and for the local Sales unit based in Singapore and for the financials of both the Transformers Business Unit APMEA Hub and Sales Unit in Singapore, ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures within the area of responsibility.

You will be ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financials by all Transformers Business Unit APMEA Hub Sales Units, executing monthly reviews with all Sales Units and delivering month-end analytics on a timely basis for Financial, Operational, and other functional KPIs with variance Analysis and commentaries.

You will present the monthly consolidated figures of Transformers Business Unit APMEA Hub Sales Operations with Hub, support business decisions by developing effective profitability analysis across Transformers Business Unit APMEA Hub Sales Units, generate ideas for continuous improvements to management analytics process.

You will take active role in Group SAP implementation project, support Sales Units in the project, coordinate necessary actions with Hub Business Process Owner team and the Local Unit SAP implementation project teams and supervises adherence to Internal Controls to secure correctness of financial reporting (ABACUS) following the applicable Company / Business Unit/ Hub and Country standards, regulations, and guidelines.

Translating financial position into realistic forecast, establish action and measurable target to enhance financial return, managing, closely monitoring the cash flow and taking action to improve net working capital. Supporting the tender risk management process related to the scope assigned for the Singapore Sales Unit.

You will support Project Managers, Financial Controllers, Project controllers in all financial and commercial matters, actively drive the performance of the projects supplied by the Local Sales Unit and participate in opportunity/risk identification, monitors that all required mitigation actions are timely implemented.

You will facilitate best practice sharing in consistency with controlling practices within the Hub and Country/Shared Service Center, supervise management of the Controlling Shared Service team (based in Bangalore /India) working for Sales Units including process improvements and coordinating with Controlling Shared Service team leads. You will support the development, staffing and direction of the controlling organization in collaboration with HR Business Partners and the Hub Finance management.

Your background:

Holding a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in finance, MBA is an advantage or professional certification of ACCA/CIMA/CPA.

Minimum 10 years of progressive financial controlling experience working in a manufacturing/project environment, minimum 5 years of management experience.

Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Excel, Power Point.

Experience working in a complex organizational setup is highly desired.

Previous experience in internal control.

Detailed oriented, with a \xe2\x80\x9chands on\xe2\x80\x9d approach to work.

Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.

Strong executive presence and exceptional organizational skills

Strong commercial and communication skills are vital.
