The Role
The incumbent will be responsible for handling the various HR administrative functions in the area of training, employee relations and performance management. This also includes supporting her supervisors in ensuring that the department delivers a comprehensive and full spectrum HR advisory and consultative service to the various business units of the Hotel.
Include but not limited to the following responsibilities:
Assist the Human Capital & Development Manager in managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
Assists in preparing onboard documents for new hires
Assistst in preparing offboard documents
Liaise with corporate training team on training administration duties and submission of training records
In-charged of preparing and putting up notice on communication platforms, ensuring that the information is relevant and up-to-date.
Prepares birthday listing before the start of the month and coordinates the dissemination of birthday gifts and cards.
Assist with organising associates' feedback session with the management team.
Handles incoming and outgoing document of the department.
Assist the supervisors in managing and upholding the associate cafeteria's hygiene and cleanliness standard, liaising with the caterer on menus on monthly basis or special occasions etc.
Handles associates’ enquiries on welfare and benefits as well as employment regulations
Assist in preparing reports for payroll matters and month/year end closing.
Assists with surveys, projects and events on an ad-hoc basis by the superior or management team from time to time.
Talent Profile
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management
Minimum 2 year experience in similar capability, prior experience as a HR Trainee in hotel is preferred.
Customer-Centric
Able to work in fast paced environment & with tight deadlines
A good team player with a can-do attitude
