:
Manage recruitment and on boarding process, including drafting and posting of job advertisements, screening of applicants, interview scheduling and employment offers.
Timely processing of all work passes application, renewal and cancellations.
Administration and coordination of training and development activities.
Provide day-to-day support on administrative matters eg. filing, invoice/ billing etc.
Any other general ad-hoc administrative duties assigned.
Job Specification:
Diploma or its equivalent with minimum 2 years HR working experience
Ability to work independently and in fast paced environment
Excellent Team player who is meticulous, efficient and pro-active
* Good knowledge of MOM guidelines/ portal and relevant legislations
