Job Description


The Human Resource Admin will provide administrative support to the HR department in various areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. They will assist in maintaining HR policies, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Salary: S$2000 Duration: 11 months Location: Novena Working Hour:
Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Thursday: 8.30AM \xe2\x80\x93 6PM; Friday: 8.30AM \xe2\x80\x93 5.30PM

s:

  • Assist in administrative support within the Business Partnership Team in recruitment and exit management which also include secondment and deployment.
  • Provide support for Manpower Planning and Tracking.
  • Assist in documentation and filing system.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties tasked.


Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the HR field.
  • Proactive, eager to learn and display good initiative.
  • Driven and motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge with Microsoft office (especially for word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook).
