& Requirements
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment form.
- gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, OT.
- screen resumes and application form.
- assist with coordination of interview arrangements.
- support new hire onboarding process including issuance of staff pass and coordination of onboarding session.
- support in setting-up and maintenance of employee p-files documents and filing.
- support HR improvement projects and new initiatives.
- any other duties which may be assigned from time and time.
- Able to support with adhoc tasks with minimum supervision.
