Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including leave information.
Process work passes for employees, including application, renewal, and cancellation.
Manage the processing of TMS reports and overtime requests to facilitate payroll processing.
Monitor employee performance and support confirmation and appraisal processes.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and promotion letters.
Collaborate with external vendors and employment agencies for recruitment needs.
Prepare monthly HR reports for review by the HR Manager.
Research and coordinate training opportunities with industry trainers and institutions.
Plan and coordinate company events and staff welfare initiatives.
Provide HR and administrative support to the HR Manager and other departments as required.
