JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of AB/BS in Psychology or Human Resource Development and Management.
Required Skills: Technically inclined.
With experience in Training and Development
Willing to work in Quezon City.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Facilitates and consolidates the training activities of all departments.2. Spearheads the development of kaizen culture in the dealer and promotes kaizen through the following activities:(a) Self-initiated programs ( Suggestion System, QC- ( Quality Control Circle ) activities etc. )(b) Cascading kaizen know-how through training ( 5S, Kaizen, 7 Muda, etc. ).(c) Internal Kaizen Activities3. Monitors the sustainability of implemented kaizen activities by facilitating P-D-C-A ( Plan-Do-Check-Action) for all implemented kaizen activities.4. Submits periodic reports to top management on all kaizen activities.5. Works with all department and section heads to ensure acceptance and support of the Kaizen program.6. To uphold and support all company policies and procedures.7. To perform other functions that may be assigned/delegated by top Management from time to time.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
