Job Description


JOB SCOPE Provide administrative support for HR functions:

  • Recruitment, training and development, remuneration, performance management, employee relations, HR policy and procedures, and employment exits.
  • Develop, implement, review and maintain HR administrative systems and processes to ensure effective provision of service and accuracy.
  • Manage work pass related matters: application, submission, appeals, renewal, cancellation etc...
  • Submission of IR21 and IR8A.
  • WFH arrangements, scheduling and overall support.
Overseeing payroll:
  • Monthly salary calculations and submission, CPF, overtime calculations.
  • Leave attendence records.
Compensation and benefits administration:
  • Administer employee benefits, programmes, events and other HR projects as per required.
  • Prepare and coordinate festive events such as CNY, Deepavali, Christmas etc...
  • Schedule employee for courses as required.
Personnel records management:
  • Maintenance of accurate records on positions, job descriptions, remuneration ranges, organisational structure charts, expiry dates, mobile phones, company access cards and updating of data servers.
  • Maintain paper based and electronic personnel files.
  • Enter data into HR systems as required to ensure all HR records remain up-to- date.
  • Confirmation dates.
General office administration and facilities management:
  • Licenses and insurance application and renewal.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices as required.
  • Delegate and ensure any office IT-related/internet/phone/printer issues etc... are being addressed and fixed.
  • Comply with and support all health and safety policies, guidelines and initiatives.
Others:
  • Filing of documents.
  • Check emails daily.
  • Proactively look for opportunities to improve the operations of the Company.
  • Keep updated on labour and employment laws, legislations and MOM guidelines/requirements.
  • Apply for available grants.
  • Ad-hoc duties when required.
REQUIREMENTS Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar fields. Min 2 - 3 years experience. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Must be a team player and responsible. Detail oriented. Willing to learn with a good attitude. Adhere to Company's procedures, policies, guidelines, and standards of integrity and conduct. Provide advice and support to the Director/Manager. You will be working under the guidance and instructions of company director. Pay Package will be commensurate with experience.

FURTHER INFORMATION Company transport provided from Choa Chu Kang and Pioneer. 5.5 days work week (alt. Sat) Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm, Sat: 8am - 12pm Starting from 7 days AL. Standard 14 days MC. AWS, bonus, variable pay subject to performance and company profitability.
