Job Description


: Department: Human Resource Reports to: Human Resource Executive

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform general HR administration matters
  • General Filing and scanning of employe's P-FILE
  • Manage employee P-FILE and data maintenance
  • Attendance checking for temp staff, interns, and outsourced workers
  • Handle staff queries and other administrative activities
  • Support on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Support the handling of foreign worker’s housing matters
  • Support the recruitment team process for both Tuas and Yishun operations
Ability/Competency Required:
  • GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels / Diploma in any disciplines
  • Good work ethic and integrity in handling confidential information
  • Attention to detail and meticulous
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
