Job Description


You will be involved in the Human Resource functions pertaining to recruitment, payroll and benefits administration. You will assist to review human resource policies and practices and implement new initiatives that contribute to the organization success. You will compile and analyze HR data and support in all other HR areas as assigned. Main Duties

  • Recruitment
  • Assist in Performance Management Exercise
  • Work Pass Application Process
  • Assist in monthly payroll administration
Other HR & Admin duties
  • Monitor and prepare employees\xe2\x80\x99 confirmation, transfer, resignation and termination, etc
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly HR Report for Management Committee Meeting
  • Administrative Matters
  • Undertake any other duties as directed by Head of Department
