Communicating and explaining the organization\'s HR policies to the employees
Handling administration of all contract labour.
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR documents as per the requirement from management
Handling all employee enquiries
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance
Handling insurance-related issues
Arrange training for new or existing employees
Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
