Vacancy : Human Resource Executive Company Background: Training Center
Working Location : Bendermeer Road, SG
Working Hours: 9am ~7pm (Mon~ Thurs), 9am ~6pm (Fri)
Salary Range: $ 3,300 ~$ 4,000 : \xc2\xb7 Assist in recruitment and scheduling interviews \xc2\xb7 Update employee movement (including hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations and resignations) \xc2\xb7 Take charge of employee onboarding and orientation process \xc2\xb7 Handle personal data changes with proper letter generation and documentation \xc2\xb7 Maintain and update workers\' personal files and database \xc2\xb7 Assist in roll out and implementation of HR programs \xc2\xb7 Participate in HR continuous improvement initiatives \xc2\xb7 Support performance appraisal/ review administration process and HR support \xc2\xb7 Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirement; \xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 - 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Human Resources and operational duties \xc2\xb7 Well organized, independent and solutions-driven individual \xc2\xb7 Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment \xc2\xb7 Meticulous and pay attention to fine details \xc2\xb7 Applicants who are able to start work immediately will be an advantage Job Type: Full-time Salary: $3,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month Schedule:
