Manage administrative aspects of onboarding, such as preparing employment documents
Assist with administrative planning for new recruit onboarding and offboarding
Assist with the recruitment process, which includes posting jobs, scheduling and organizing interviews with hiring managers, and preparing for and organizing the signing of employment contracts with selected candidates
Organize and oversee meetings and cultural events for the company
Assist with any other HR administrative tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in any related field
Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
Proficient in Microsoft office
