Reporting to the Head of Department, the incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of Payroll.
The successful application will be given the opportunity to work within an established organization. Our client is located at the West, a Logistic Industry. Responsibilities:
Providing the full spectrum of Payroll functions.
Consolidate the numbers for payroll administration and monthly reports.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee information
Administer relevant documents pertaining to employees\' employment, resignation, termination, confirmation, retirement, contract renewal, certification letter and etc.
Maintain and upkeep employee records in HR system and Personnel File (P-File).
Provide support in the HRIS/Payroll system migration project
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements :
At least a Diploma in related fields
2-3 years of relevant experience in handling the payroll function
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision.
Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
Prior experience in handling large headcounts.
